Review: Stereo installation in my boat. After the installation was complete there was carpet glue all over the interior of the boat. I showed the owner of the business and he attempted to remove the glue from the seats. The glue is permanent and cannot be removed. He assured me that he would make it right. He said he would have the vinyl replaced. The installation was in early July 2014. 3 months have passed and numerous attempts to get him to take care of the problem have resulted in nothing. Every time I contact him he has a new excuse as to why he has not fixed the problem. Never returns calls, will occasionally respond to a text but always has a new excuse as to why he has not fixed the problem.

I want the boat seats returned to the condition they were before the stereo installation. Brand new vinyl was installed last year and the boat seats were in new condition.
