A sales associate here promised be a price for a product. After 3 weeks of waiting for this product, he canceled the order and said he could not do it
Around the end of October, I was searching for a certain camera lens online. I found the one I wanted on Rakuten.com which is a reseller website. A business called AVC Photo store was selling said item on Rakuten so I wanted to buy it. The item was listed $200 over the retail price so I reached out to the seller by phone and asked if he could price match. After some time he agreed to the price match and changed the price on *** website. I immediately purchased it on the website but he did say the item wasn't in the shop at the moment so I had to wait possibly 1-2 weeks which I agreed to. 3 weeks later, I receive an email from *** saying my order was canceled. I was immediately alarmed and reached out to the same associate who assisted me(His name is *** Upon getting in contact with him, he informed me that he had to cancel the order because the fee of selling on *** was too high to allow the price match. So if I still wanted the item, I had to purchase it for $999(Retail price is $799). Of course, I was outraged. This person came to an agreement with me 3 weeks ago and now he goes back against his word because he will taking a loss. Businesses are bound to incur losses at points of their life. That's just how business works. Keeping the customer happy and creating a trustful image is much more important than one loss. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner of the ***) to discuss the issue with him but this associate(Leafar) refuses to get me in contact with him.
My desired resolution is for the store AVC Photo Video to honor our original agreement of the retail price $799 for the camera lens on *** website. Once that price is established, I will purchase it from the website immediately.

I ordered one Sony DSC-W800 Digital Camera with 20.1 Megapixels and 5x Optical Zoom thru Walmart's website. It was defective. some pictures were blurred & could not use movie to record from this defected camera.
