I am experiencing an extreme amount of negligence on a project from Audio Video Experience.
I am experiencing an extreme amount of negligence on a project from Audio Video Experience. *** the owner has had over 2 months to fix a problem and hasn't held up to his end of the deal. I have an item that I purchased from him that I am unable to use and I am looking to have him reimburse me so I can seek other avenues to have this project completed. I have communicated with *** multiple times over the past 2 month and he has yet to complete this project.
Either refund me a portion of the amount for me to get the project finished elsewhere or finish the job before the end of March.
This project was completed. System program works for I *** only. Mr. no longer has a I ***. System will work fine with purchase of I *** device. Downloading the app from the App Store. System program is stored on the processor installed
at Mr. home location.
Mr. wants a user license for I phone. The system layout
& graphics will not integrate to the I phone due to smaller screen size.
Client purchased license & programming for I ***. This configuration will work properly with purchase of a I ***.
Mr. is asking for a new license I Phone software license
& programming. Client did not purchase this option
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is not what owner of audio video experience alluded too. He said he had license for*** and *** for me to use and also said he would send me the software that I have yet to see.
If audio video experience would have set these expectation up front, but they didn't. They communicated that everything would work ( everything sold and the use of different handheld devices). They did not let me know that any of these limitations existed until now. If they did, I would have chosen a different route.
The owner also said he would come back out with a code scanner to fix an issues with an unresponsive device (DVD Player). This is still outstanding as well.
