Review: I waited for repair of my 32 inch TV for close to a mont after I made the appropriate deposit to have it fixed. They stayed the balance would be unknown until the problem was discovered. I called multiple times and they said they were waiting on parts after they discovered what was needed. This went on for about 3 weeks of calling and waiting as I needed my tv and was trying to pick it up. Finally I received a call from another number not the busniness number from the [redacted] address stating my balance on 7/23/13 and was advised the company had packed up and moved to another state but someone would drop the tv off to me on 7/24/13. They didnt know the time and didnt give me the address to where they were located but said they would call to tell me when they were coming sometime on the 24th. On the 24th I received a call stating they were gonna send drivers out sometime that day to bring tv. I informed her I didnt have the new out of state number on me when I got towel that morning and I was u able to call there new out of state number to inform them I was called in to work and had no way to tell them the 24th during the day would not be good. Immediately the female began yelling at me stating she was the manager and I shouldve called to cancel and I would be charged a fee for canceling. I informed her I would be able to pick up my tv had they not up and relocated out of state and I had been waiting on my tv nearly a month and one day I cant be there ur charging me, you can't wait on a customer one day after they've waited a month. She yelled and hung up one me. Next the owner called back screaming wouldnt allow me to speak and degrating me. I was trying to inform him I was a poilce officer and my work schedule gets crazy and that day just became a bad day. He yelled over me and told me I had that day or the next and if my tv wasnt out of there by then he would keep the tv and sell it. I said air im being very polite to you why are u shouting at me im the customer im just trying to get my tv on a day when I know I will be home. He continued shouting staying he doesn't have to listen to this hes the owner and hes gonna do what he says he gonna do (implying selling it) he slammed the phone the line hung up on me. They would never give me the adress to get my television and never made any more contact. I was treated BERY in appropriately for no reason and I only wanted to get my television either by delivery or pickup. No business should be allowed to treat customers this way not steal or sell their items. Actually this is a violation if the law with them keeping my tv not giving me an address on where they up and move to as well as unprofessional to yall at a customer especially one that is polite and generous and just trying to make arrangements for what belongs to her. The owner belittled me disrespected me and did acknowledge my desire to receive my television. Also the account name is under [redacted] they used my grands name from a tv that was fixed there before from our residence and never changed the name on the account.Desired Settlement: I would like my television delivered and balance to be waived for all the inconvenience as well as the company being under investigation for their procedures and their up and moving without notifying customers and refusing to give location. The business seems very shady after this encounter and relocating to new state. No one especially a paying and polite and honest customer deserves to be treated this way
