We had a huge oak tree split down the middle and fall on our house at the end of AugustIt did significant damage to our roofThe half that fell was removed by a different tree service who then would not return phone calls or show up to scheduled appointments to remove the remainder of the still standing treeAfter searching high and low for a tree company, by the graces of god, Brad, from Hoffman Tree returned my phone callHe came right out to my house to assess the tree and give me an estimateHis price was reasonable and fair, and he and his crew came out on a cold, wet, November day to remove the remainder of the tree and restore my peace of mindI could not be happier with the work he and his crew did for usThe tree was huge, and dangerous, and in a precarious location, and they were able to get it all out and grind the stumpBrad is a true professional, and he and his crew are kind and courteousI would highly recommend this company and Brad for any tree servicesMy family and I can finally sleep peacefully tonight knowing the remainder of the tree won’t fall on our house againThank you Hoffman Tree Service!!!
Brad and his employees recently removed a tree from my home They did an amazing job They arrived promptly in the early morning and were done by noon He came to my home for an estimate A few days later his company arrived and completed the job Brad was very professional and friendly He recommneded a repubutable stump grinding company for the tree stump Customer service is clearly a Hoffman Tree Service specialty

Hoffman tree service was contracted to remove trees in the yard, and to clean up branches left on the ground and fill up ruts left by machinery
The company was paid on March 29, The cleanup was not competedThree telephone calls to the company regarding cleanup resulted in promises to finish the job with no completion of the jobI was told weather was part of the problem, However, I did have other yard work done during this time
Finally was told the job would be completedThe yard now has flowers and ground cover and it is too late in the season to compete job, without destroying the yard .Asked for a refund, we did not agree to refund amount, Because I have been ill, I agreed to amount company quoted on May 16, 2018, to be done with this problemAs of today June 2, I still have not received a refundThe company is less than miles away and I feel a check could have been delivered to the house
