It's a scam
They send people broken products, the wrong products, & dangerous products. They refuse to cancel orders even before they're shipped or they say it's cancelled when it's not, they sell products they don't have without saying they don't have them or giving an ETA. On most sites, all/most of the reviews are 1 star but on sites where they can easily fix reviews, they get 5 stars.

They blame the customers for literally all of the bad reviews. Don't trust Bobby. There's a good reason he's mentioned by name in 1-star reviews.

I forgot to mention they also send people other customer's products with the intended customers name on them & refuse to correct the mistake or admit fault.

I bought a set of 26" rims and tires for a brand new Lincoln Navigator I was awaiting delivery on from Anthony at Audiocity.

He called to confirm the size, vehicle, and tires. Gave me his cell to keep in contact. Seemed to be a good decision.

Boy was I wrong.

I received my wheels in about two weeks. On the delivery day, I noticed the top wheel on the pallet was exposed and the rim was chipped. I told the driver I was rejecting the delivery and texted Anthony a picture and he called me. He pleaded with me to NOT reject the order and they'd "make it right". I also told him I didn't receive my lugs, but he stopped replying to me and directed me to a claim link.

Before submitting a claim, I wanted to be sure the TPMS worked because Anthony mentioned it might not sync with the 2023 vehicle.

My truck was delivered on 9/22 and I had my wheels mounted. Since I never got the lugs, I had to buy my own locally. The TPMS wasn't an issue and I submitted the claim on 10/1.

On 10/24 I followed up with AudioCity because I never heard anything. At around 8pm eastern, Eric called me. He was very arrogant right off the bat claiming he called me previously, which if he did he never left me a voice mail.

He said I paid too much for the lugs I bought locally, as if I had a choice since Anthony stopped replying to me. He said they were not going to make any concessions for the chipped wheel either. He offered me $60 only. Just for the reimbursement of the lugs. All this after their rep told me NOT to decline the delivery. Eric was a complete jerk and poor representation of their brand.

My advice is to STAY AWAY.

Shady business practices if you have an issue and they can't be trusted to stand behind their products. Better off sticking with a more reputable company.

Worst buying experience to date. Out $1800
I ordered four new wheels for a 2014 jaguar F-Type V8s. One of the three wheels arrived defective (out of round). To date, I have not received a refund. As a result, I asked (and paid for a replacement in order to have my vehicle back on the road. The replacement wheel the was sent (three weeks later) was the wrong size. AudiocityUSA agreed to issue a full refund and return labels. I have not received either and they refuse to take calls or respond.

Audio city has very rude customer service everyone is nice until u place your order, I advice everyone to take their business somewhere else where u will feel appreciate

Audio City is a train wreck!!!! As I sit here looking at the other complaints, I am amazed that they are still in business. I wish I would have seen these complaints before I conducted business with them. The promised delivery date was missed by nearly a month, they mounted the wrong tire brand and size tire and they told me there was nothing I could do about it. I have all the correspondence, emails, texts, etc to back up my claims, should they try to debunk my claims. I would love to publicize a conversation with them if they'd like to defend their business practice. Just say when!!!!!

I ordered rims and tires and the company stuck the wrong size tire the rims and said it was my problem so I talked to a so called manager ***
So *** which I bet s not a manager!!!! Says that they are the right tires for my car and it should have the rim stick out all most one inch from the tire. I should of read the reviews on the company before I trusted a company to order the right tires and rims. I just wanted the right tires. I wish companies looked in too the people that work for them.

I purchased some Fuel Cleaver Dually wheels from audiocity, and when the got to my house they were placed into storage for a short time until I could get the tires. Once I got the tires I took the wheels to firestone to get them mounted. At firestone the boxes were opened to find damaged wheels. 3 of the 6 wheels were damaged, and the 3 damaged wheels were stamped January 2016 where the other 3 were stamped March of 2020. I had taken photos of the wheels and documented the damage done. I then had a general manager of firestone look at the wheels and he said that he's seen damage like this before, but only on display wheels, and damage like that is caused by the metal of the wheels being scraped against the rack it's being held in. I then documented all the damage done and sent it in to audiocity's customer service. They contacted me saying they will contact me later in the day. I then was told that there was no damage done to the wheels when they were shipped, and that I was trying to scam them into sending new wheels. They even put the district manager on the phone to try to settle the issue, but he said that the 1 year Fuel Wheel warranty isn't going to replace or fix the wheels and that they can't take them back, because "We would have to contact Fuel and have them issue the company a line of credit for the replacement of the wheels, and that would be a lot of hassle to go through" these were the words of the District Manager. He then said that it was up to me to inspect the wheels within 24 hours of delivery and that I was SOL when it comes to the wheels. I spent a total of $2200 on these wheels from this company, and I have never dealt with a worse company. I would never recommend buying anything from them.

Wheels that where ordered don't fit correctly as they assured that they would. Customer service will not resolve there mess up and leave me on hold.
I ordered rims that they had assured me would fit on my car. After receiving them they stick out 2 inches past fender and don't fit. When I called to get the issue resolved they have refused to fix the problem unless I pay to send them back and pay a restock fee. It is on the site that those wheels will fit the car and they do not. I have called multiple times and am left on hold for up to 45 minutes and been hung up on. Their fit guarantee is not being upheld.

I just want them to refund the cost of the wheels that I have been charged and the shipping to return the nonusable rims

My delivery date was changed twice after my originally GUARANTEED delivery date. Called and was told "there's nothing I can do call your lawyer" and hung up on me...

called to order wheels for vehicle! vehicle is black, red, and white! I specifically told him I needed black rims and rims are burgundy
ordered wheels 4/21/2020 for amount of *** order number XXXXX, model number *** , sold by Santiago Gudino, with pay-pal debit card. I asked seller to please make sure rims were black and red before my purchase, he said yes. I asked 2 more times and received rims on 4/28/20. I opened one box and rim was not black it is a red burgundy color. I proceeded to call audio city and *** was put on the phone and argued with me that they look black in the shade and I should have them put on car and it will match. I proceeded to tell him the color does not match my car and he got irritated and started fussing at me. I explained to him once more that I asked him three times altogether that I needed plain black rims and he still insisted that rims looks black in the shade. I do not drive my vehicle in the shade. I called for 1 1/2 weeks for return labels with a run around each time. I finally received labels on 05/04/2020 after another call. After receiving labels I will have to keep them and cut a loss of money because they will charge an additional 30% fee for restocking even if 3 boxes are unopened and another $150 for shipping! thats almost half of what I paid so another loss of money for me. I paid all that money for rims I can not use and more money cause have to find some that does match! customer service is not at its best and if I made sure to ask about color before purchasing while saying plain black rims with the red trim I should not have to be liable for their mistake and when calling be made like it was my fault or arguing with the customer when trying to explain. it was a valuable lesson on my part. I am disappointed in their customer service. I would not make another purchase from them in future. I sent *** the pictures of the color of rim in text message and he says thats the color I chose, I explained no it is not but back side of rim in back of bolts of rim is black not the front that is shown while driving. he continued to state that all rims are taken in the studio and will look black when picture is taken, I still proceeded to tell him that I asked you for black rims, if not he should of made that clear, but still proceeded to try to have me put them in the shade for them to show darker

i asked to speak to the owner or an manager a couple of times and was given run around why i couldn't speak to either one. i am out of alot of money and want to know why i am liable for all these charges when it was business mess up

It's been 2 months since I placed my order. Only received one wheel. Not getting response from Audio City now.
I had placed an order for wheels almost 2 months ago. To this date I have received one wheel. I ordered a set not just one. I have been in contact with my sales rep about the issue and all he says is He will check it out. *** who is the sales rep for my order is no longer responding to me about my order.

Desired Outcome

I would like the rest of my wheels delivered to me plus either my money back or store credit. They told me my order would be delivered in early April and I only got one. Terrible service. Very unpleased with the way they conduct their business.

4/14/20 I order Erw1 20 staggered rims black machine, lexani tires and the sensors for the tires totaling *** Never got a confirmation # or email
About product being shipped. Called back 4/20/20 was told they didn't know why my order was on hold but they will speak to a manager and call me back. Never heard from them. Called back 4/4/20 yesterday and was told the same thing but I insisted that I get answer today. Spoke with a lady she claimed her name was *** and she worked in shipping department ( I'm sure it was a fake name bc she was speaking to fast for me to understand). Had to slow her down a few times. She claimed she would email and call 4/4 to let me know that my order would be shipped and that they were pushing my order up front due to the fact ive been waiting for 2 wks on rims IVE PAID *** for and haven't gotten them! At this point REFUND my money I'm done. I had the guy that will be doing work on my car and putting the rims on his name is *** order them for me so the order is under his name. He spoke to them as well 4/20/20 and was gave the same they'll speak to a manager and call back. Never heard from them either. This is bad for business oh and all I got was an order #. Order #XXXXX with no product but took money out of my bank account and didn't send me what I order. I will be taking this matter much hiring than this complaint. This is not a good look for their business at all and I will warn ANYONE THAT ORDERS FROM THEM VIA ONLINE!!

They sent me rims that are not the ones in their images and now they won't take the garbage back because they mounted tires on them. Now they think I'm gonna let them take me for a fool. $2462 for four pieces of garbage.

Total scam paid for rims got sent 4 hub rings trying to scam people out of money Don't buy from them

Company sent me the incorrect size tires and refuses to pick them up and refund the money. wants me to pay to return them before they provide new.
Placed an order for wheels and tires on 1/26/20. received the incorrect tires on 2/11/20. Now Audiocity is instructing me to pay to have the tires dismounted, packaged and returned before they provide the correct tires.

other option was to wait until the complete order of wheels and tires can be picked and i'll still be stuck out the processing fee I paid, unless I agree to reorder through them.

Provide me what was ordered and take back the incorrect tires.

One of the wheels purchased had a warranty defect. I have worked directly with the manufacturer but audio city will not respond to any emails.
Manufacturer has confirmed the defect and are willing to reimburse through the original purchaser of the rim, and the purchaser would reimburse me but I have had no response from audio city at all regarding these issues. First contact made beginning of October, then another email 10/6 to ***, and continued status update emails with no response. I have already replaced the wheel out of pocket and am wanting reimbursement for that cost.there is absolutely no damage to the wheel, just a slow leak.

Refund from manufacturer for the $350 wheel.

Sold tires that do not fit and wheels that are scratched
I have been calling for over 3 weeks to have this issues resolved.

I was sold tires and wheels that do not fit my truck.
I specially asked if they would fit. I was told yes. I specially said I did not want to alter my truck in anyway. I did not want to have my truck lifted too, I made that clear.
I was assured that they would fit. After waiting 10 days of being told they were coming everyday. They arrived, damaged and the wrong size. They did not fit my truck and every wheel was scratched.
I called that following day to speak with the salesman and I was sent paint and a lift for my truck. ( I made it clear prior to purchasing I didn't want to alter my truck. So now I have to paint what was supposed to be brand new wheels and tires that don't fit. I went to have the lift put on I was quoted between $800-900. I called the salesman again. I was told to take it to a local dealer and it would only cost around $100. So I go and sit for 2 hours and I am told that I am looking at let 4 hrs of work at $80 plus an alignment and of course tax. I would have to come back another day to have this taken care of. So now 11 days later no one wants to take my calls and call me back.

*August 30,2019 Contacted Audio City ( I was told to take it to Auto image and detailing of Pgh (on August 31) that the cost should be around $80)
*August 31,2019 Went to Auto Image. After waiting I was told to come back because it would take at least 4 hours plus I would have to take to get an alignment.
*August 31, 2019Went out of town had to get another car.
*September 3 2019 called Salesman said he would call back. Never did
*September 5 2019 left message no call back
*Sept 9,2019 Call put on hold for 30 no answer. Called back and I was told someone would call back not one did.
*September 11 2019 Called left message no call back.

Desired Outcome

I would like the cost of the damaged wheels adjusted because I did not purchase damaged wheels I purchased new wheels. I would like the cost to have my tires fit on my truck. I specifically instructed the sales man not to sell me anything that did not fit. I wish for them to pay for this adjacent.

he can do it right here". On 7/31, he took the payment of $*** from my credit card, and LORD behold, he had just stole me away from the amazon protection and return policy, and now
after receiving the wheels 3 out of 4 were noted to be defective loose/ missing bolts and nuts, picture were taking immediately and set to the seller *** at Audio City Wheels, now whom states
the wheels cannot be returned for refund, nor exchanged unless I pay shipping charges approx.. $600. And subject to 30% restocking fee. This conversation went on for a day or so, then finally
a manager by the name of *** at Audio City, rudely gets involved stating no the wheels will not be returned or exchanged because he thinks that I disassembled the wheels, but he will have
replacement bolts and nuts sent to me and refund $150 back to my card. I was not inagreement with this because my confidence level was now to "0". A day or so, the hardware did show up and
I took them down and had them installed on the wheels, now the fun part...the wheels did not fit my car at all!!!
After several failed attempt I finally got to speak and relay this back to Audio City seller "***" whom now states, Yes, I told you...you would need to modify the car to make them fit....this was not stated to me at the time of purchase, or I would have never agreed to cut, trim remove anything from my Mercedes Benz.

told the guy if me and my brothers rims wasnt on the truck to cancle he said ok and never did said I cant cancle I got text showing all that he said
me and my brothers ordered rims with in a day apart one brothers rims are there today 7/24 and mine and my other brother haven't even got a date on when they ship out I asked if they do not get shipped today together to get the refund the guy said he can cancle if they dont get picked up to let him know so the driver does not get them . I told him look it up to see if they do or not and cancel he did he got ahold of my brother my brothers rims wont be ready tell next week so I told him cancel my order and ill go some where else he told me he will not cancel my order that they truck driver picked them up but yet again I don't got any email of the pick up he knows I'm canceling and he is trying to force me to purchase his rims if he cant keep the deal he shouldn't tell me he can cancel
