Continuous spamming of email server with advertising after repeatedly unsubscribing thru their website, online chat and phone calls.I have used their unsubscribe, their online chat, email and phone calls requesting that they stop the unwanted and unsolicited spamming of random emails to my server at [redacted] . Everytime they tell me they are sorry and they will block the server and then with in a couple weeks it starts again. It is a big waste of my time for my capture all email account to be flooded time and time again by them. I have been dealing with it for over a year and enough is enough. We have been able to identify an area for improvement in the process that is followed when handling unsubscribe requests. Through a thorough investigation of this particular case we were able to identify what the gap in our process was. Mr. [redacted] email domain has been suppressed and marked as Do Not Solicit in our central database. This will ensure Mr. [redacted] does not receive emails from any of our business units in future.We would like to assure you that this is not our intended level of service. We fully appreciate Mr. [redacted] frustration in receiving emails despite having unsubscribed and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Thanks to this complaint and the resulting investigation, we are confident we have plugged a loophole which will stop any inadvertent emails. This will prevent similar discomfort to any customers that could have faced the same issue.

They sell your contact information and will not remove your email from the list even when you request it.I purchased a DVD on [redacted] about 6 months ago. Since that time, my email has been spammed multiple times a day from people from their business, Audio Educator, as well as the [redacted] which is part of their business. I have requested that my email get removed, and it has not been removed. I continue to receive emails daily from multiple people within their organization. When I block it, different people in the organization email me. Desired SettlementI want me email to be taking off ALL of their lists. A very stringent process is used to ensure that undesired emails are not sent time and again, and that any requests to cease emails are duly fulfilled upon receiving. On receiving this complaint, we were able to identify the miss at our end and the emails have been subsequently ceased. We have removed the email address which was used to place the order with us and also the email address mentioned on the complainant's information.
