Review: I ordered two items from this firm, and paid for them using their online order system. They proceeded to debit my account and sent me a confirmation of the transaction. They indicated that the order ID is [redacted] AND it was shipped using the following [redacted] shipping number: [redacted]. I have never received this item. The vendor no longer answers emails, and [redacted] says while the number was assigned for shipment, the package was never delivered to the [redacted] facility. There have been no feedback from this firm of any type. Attempts to call them result in unanswered or being put on hold and never answered but hung up after some time.

Taking orders online and debiting credit and debit cards, then failing to deliver the goods is very unethical, if not illegal. [redacted], Attorney General of the State of Ohio has taken a very active interest in this type of fraud and has prosecuted many clients -- even if out of state. If I do not get the items I ordered, I plan to contact him and also Attorney General Eric T. S[redacted] of New York.

I am very displeased with the actions of this company and demand immediate resolution. Since they will not respond to me, perhaps they will respond to the Revdex.com or interested Attorneys General.Desired Settlement: I expect to receive my order, as placed.

I believe that this type of action by the vendor requires a PERMANENT complaint be placed in their Revdex.com file until they can operate three years without any other complaints.

I expect a full explanation AND apology for their immoral and unethical business practices.

In processing order [redacted], we encountered delays in fulfillment from the manufacturer. Emails were sent to the customer to apprise him of this fact, and to provide updates as we worked to resolve the issue with the manufacturer; unfortunately, according to the customer, those emails were not received. As of this writing, the matter has been resolved, and the items ordered are in transit. The customer has been provided with the updated [redacted] tracking number. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
