Company sold us defective cameras Lost night vision soon after install Came and replaced one, then the other two also lost night vision Never came back to replace
DVR used to view cameras went bad soon after install They came back and replaced it and then soon after that it went down again Originally would sometimes answer phone calls and promised to come and take care of Never showed up after many, many phone calls Now they will not ever answer the calls

Audiotech installed entrance gates on our propertyThe gates are substandardThe work audiotech did installing the gates was substandardThe gates break constantlyWhen we call to have audiotech come and fix the gates they are extremely slow to respondWhen they do respond it takes them an extremely long time to fix the gatesWhen they do fix the gates without fail they break again almost immediatelyMost recently when we called to have audiotech come and fix the gates they said they would then halfway through the repair they disappeared and we have not heard from or seen them sinceThey refuse to finish the repair they started
