Review: Took my wifes 2004 XC 90 to Audiotronics to repair the non functioning radio.

- They charged me 75 or 100 to evaluate the problem. Said they could not fix it there - would have to take it out and send.

- Upon taking out the radio - the windows stopped working

- Put radio back in and raised the windows then took it out again so they could send it away

- Called me and said the radio was repaired and ready.

- Put the radio back in and it did not work at all -

- At this point after it was put in, the lights came on indicating that the air bags no longer worked

- ((so they were unable to repair))- - - infact the outcome was worse than when I brought it in.!!!

- I took the car to Volvo - [redacted] Volvo (Nov 10, 2014)- they put in a new radio for $1,460.04.

- Everything works fine now.

- On Fri Apr 24 get this bill for $245.64 - invoice date said 10/27/14 Invoice [redacted] - Statement date: 4/20/15

- This is the first and only time I have seen this - (((Almost 6 months after their attempted service)))

- Bottom line, if they could not fix it - they should know what they can and can not fix - why are they offering to fix it - I will not pay for a repair they did not do and actually made worse.. - -Desired Settlement: They need to adjust their books to show that nothing is due from me immediately
