In regards to the complaint ID *** by a Mr*** who attended a funeral service at my place of businessMy help did take his car to be lined up for the funeral processionMr*** called me not later that day hut pm the next dayI took what they told me very seriouslyI immediately drove
to the funeral home and surveyed the parking lotThe spot they think it may have happened had no tire tracks and the small movable garden brick where not moved at all or brokenThere was no signs of any way this may have happened thereI then traced our route to cemeteryI did mention that it may have happened in cemeteryThere are several older monuments that are tipped and on curves that stick out as you drive around cemeteryI never said that it defiantly happened thereI interviewed my help who parked the carHe remembered moving the car and he said it was not at the end of parking lot as Mr*** claimsHe stated to me that his car was on the end and Mr*** car was two in from thereHe is a very trusted man with me, and would have been honest with me if anything like that happenedI have been in business for years and this is the first such complaint and first time anyone has contacted your officeI carry insurance for such events and do not wish to upset any customers, but can in good conscious consider handling this because all evidence presented to me indicates it did not happen in our care
