Audiovisions installed a [redacted] radio in my vehicle a few months ago that I've had nothing but problems with. They will not exchange or refund the product. Each time Audiovisions resolved the problem the same problem would come back again within a week. They appeared to become more impatient as time went by and explained that I didn't know how to use the radio. I find that insulting. Wish I went somewhere else.
