Beware of this collection company as they will never provide you a proof of payment or receipt of your balance, the do know how to treat you with letters and calls but even when you paid your bill they still keep this info for them onlyon the request by phone to mail me an account statement the agent just hang up the phone in my face
Audit systems inc has some of the rudest employees of any company I ever dealt with. The lady I spoke to would not shut her mouth long enough for anyone to talk other than her and she has the worst additutude of anyone I have EVER spoke to. She does not deserve a public job and they need to fire her and give her job to someone who wants to do a good job. The person that called also did not know the situation and she does not deserve to be called a lady or even a girl. She is a wicked hateful unpleasant person. The situation that had happen to us was beyond our control and we are trying to the right thing and your employee has no class professionalism or personality. I hope she finds herself in a bad position and someone treats her the way she has treated me and my husband. I will never recommend your company to anyone ever.

I hope they fire veronica which I am sure is not her real name, I was a victim of idenity theft and they demanded personal informationg when I did not even know who they were. They hang up on you and could not undedrstand why I did not want to give them my personall info.
Very unhappy with the whole process! I closed an account with Regions Bank and they made an administrative error that allowed a charge to be applied to my canceled account in the amount of $35.00 2 days after cancelling my regions account. In addtion the bank conveniently tacked on 3 overdraft fees in addition so the total amount came to $125.00 owed. I did not receive a letter, email, phone call from Regions Bank but what I did get was a letter from Audit Systems stating that they were hired by Regions to collect a debt and that they were not a collection agency. I went to the local branch to try to get it resolved to no avail because they stated it went to a collection agency! Sooo, I called Audit Systems to explain my discrepency with the charge and that the account was closed the representatives were very rude telling me I owed the full amount. they were not nice, not cooperative, not understanding, and very "bullyish". My heart rate immediately went up they did not offer any solutions or help I asked for Regions phone number and was told "look it up on the internet we cannot give it to you"! Point blank just Bullies with threatening comments and rude accusations! I was disgusted and still am! I sent certified letters both to Regions Bank and Audit Systems with copies and more time trying to resolve an account that was closed. I offered to pay the 35.00 that was charged to the account which was not my doing!!! They waived the overdraft fees and I paid the $35.00 the office manager at Audit Systems said she would send me a "Letter of Satisfaction" they only sent me a receipt. I called them back to get the letter of satisfaction and the the lady I spoke with again was rude and said "what's the difference?" Now anyone in the credit reporting business knows that a letter of satisfaction is required for all debt resolve anyone can duplicate a receipt. The lady I spoke to (all recorded conversations) transferred me to a bogus extension 227 and I left a message. I have not received a return call.I have requested the letter twice with two seperate reps only to be switched to ext. 227. I can't believe that a mistake by Regions has amounted to hours and days of me trying to fight off this debt and obtaining the proper documentation from them as per my request. I will be reporting this organization to Regions Banks as they are the ones stating that they were hired by Regions Bank and they are representatives of Regions Bank! I feel sorry for the honest and loyal people in this world that are bullied by human beings that believe that life is all this way! I feel sorry for those that truly can't make their bills because of illness, death, handicap, or catostrophic reasons that their are people representing companies like this one that have no feelings or resolve to work out solutions in a more positive way. All I wanted was to have this resolved quickly and effectively they made that worse for the not guilty which is sad. I wish that certain things they say to people and threats should be illegal. Now I have to fight them for a simple Letter of Satisfaction!!??? They know what that is. :(
