awful, awful rude people attempting to collect a debt I do not owe and putting the burden of proof on me when they are the ones harrassing me I hope they fire veronica which I am sure is not her real name, I was a victim of idenity theft and they demanded personal informationg when I did not even know who they were They hang up on you and could not undedrstand why I did not want to give them my personall info
