Customer service and shipping is awful....
I am now on day #14 and still don't have a delivery date from this company. They keep telling me Fedex has the pkg. but nothing more. I will never order from them again and I am surprised they don't even contact Fedex to find out where it is. They said I have to wait longer and then put a trace on it!
This place is ridiculous and their shipping policies S**K, Good luck getting any info when you try to find out. One star for these losers.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 1-20-2020 and still have not received my order. Auditions is great at informing you an order is on back order and/or changing a shipping date shortly AFTER the order has been made. I feel at the time a customer enters their size and prior to an order being finalized, the customer should be informed at that time an item is on back order and of a delayed shipping date. Then a customer can decide whether or not to proceed with the order. But, shortly after my order was made, I received an email indicating the order was expected to ship within 5 to 7 business days of 1-30-2020. But, an updated email has not been received. I decided to check the status of my order on the website today and saw it is not expected to ship until 2-13-2020. That date is nearly 1-MONTH since my order was made. In a time when many companies have 2 to 5 day shipping, Auditions shipping policies and/or way of notifying customers about when to receive an order needs to be corrected ASAP.

Auditions seems to also have a policy of sending a customer an email notifying the customer the order has been received along with the price of the shoe but the email will not have the final price of the shoe (shipping fees and tax) are omitted. This also needs to be changed.

So to any other customer, please maintain the status of a shipping date early after an order has been made as well as the total price of the order. I have discovered it is better to CANCEL the order and shop at another company. In my case, I have large feet and places for me to buy shoes are very limited.

I was not given the proper sales price for a pair of shoes I ordered, and spent more than a half-hour (total of three different phone calls) in unsuccessful attempts to reach a customer service agent. Very bad treatment of a customer.

I have just got off the telephone with two reps of AUDITONS (shoes). My ISSUE is there return process and 'timely' crediting back to my credit card.

I got a [redacted] with Auditions and she said they had NOT RECEIVED the shoes I had returned (3 pair. Value of $175.42). I informed her that I had checked with USPS Parcel Return Service Label (that Auditions furnished as part of my invoice)number with my local post office and the shoes had been received in Aura CO @ 20:36 on Nov. 8, 2013. I was told, 'We are not in Aura Co, we are in Chippewa Falls WI. I told them I was aware of that, but it was THEIR return label that I used!

I asked when I might expect my credit and I was told 2-3 weeks, not counting weekends. [redacted] later said expect credit on my credit card statement by December 1, 2013 for shoes ordered in October!!

I told her that was not satisfactory and I was put on hold.

Finally a believe a [redacted], an Auditions' supervisor,came on the telephone. She again said AUDITIONS had not received the shoes and it would take 2 to 3 weeks, COUNTING weekends and for them to process my credit AND they were not located in Aura CO.

Auditions is not up front with how they do business. On my original order THEY shipped an incorrect size of one pair. They shipped me another pair (correct size). But I have $15.99 to receive four pairs and it states clearly IF you use their return (furnished labels) you'll also receive an additional $6.95.

When using 'their' return label the buyer is not aware they will go back to some kind of a center in CO and credit will not be 'allowed' for 2-3 weeks.

This is way for a company to USE people's money.

And sadly I have since my initial order ordered four more pair of shoes from this company and one pair was back ordered. Received a week later than the others. It will remain to be seen if I got charged for the delayed pair and where TWO pair of those shoes went (CO???) and WHEN I'll get my credit card credit.

Customer BEWARE----learn how a company operates BEFORE buying!!
