We have been contracted by Acosta Sales and Marketing to contact previous Acosta associates in an attempt to retrieve certain IT hardware assets that were in their possession when they left the company Our records indicate that [redacted] was issued a [redacted] Note tablet on 06/24/and left the company on 09/30/ This item was never returned to her Unit Manager Upon receiving a letter from our team, Ms [redacted] did contact us to request a return kit but never received it We have identified the cause of the issue and made the necessary process changes to prevent this in the future We apologize for any confusion regarding the receipt of the requested return kit We reached out to Ms [redacted] on Thursday, February 26th and left her a voicemail apologizing for the lack of communication regarding her missing return kit and letting her know that we would be sending out another return kit for her convenience We have not yet heard back from Ms [redacted] , but we have sent the return kit to the address provided via [redacted] tracking number [redacted] ? We have also offered to send her a $gift card to the retailer of her choice upon receipt of the Acosta-issued [redacted] Note, which she has acknowledged is still in her possession [redacted]

This response does not address the untimely matter in which this company does business It does not address the two times I tried to communicate trying to comply with their requests and indicating the unfair nature in which they took my time an efforts It does not address the fact that I indicated I was done trying to comply It does not address the fact they sent me an intimidating letter indicating I need to to comply even though I had done over and beyond what was necessary And further, it has been a WEEK since their last communication saying the y were sending the shipping box and IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED I have no intentions of taking any more time for this company Their inefficiency has cost them I have done all I can I would have sent the equipment back myself if they had given me an address We are not going into months re: this issue It is unfair to expect me to still be involved.

company.  Our records indicate that [redacted] was issued a [redacted] Note 10.1 tablet on 06/24/13 and left the company on 09/30/14.  This item was never returned to her Unit Manager.  Upon receiving a letter from our team, Ms. [redacted] did contact us to request a return kit but never received it.  We have identified the cause of the issue and made the necessary process changes to prevent this in the future.  We apologize for any confusion regarding the receipt of the requested return kit.
