Ms*** has been our customer since and she knows how we conduct businessCustomer has signed an agreement, (see copy sent) and in the agreement signed by customer, it clearly states that all payments are to be
paid on or before the due dateIf a customer cannot make their payment on or before the due date, then we offer a service in which we will pick up the merchandise and hold it at our store, and within days, we will allow them to reinstate the agreement by paying any past due rent and or any fees that have been accruedThe agreement states within days, however if the customer comes to after the days and we have not rented the merchandise again, we will honor the reinstatementI am not sure why customer filed this complaintThe address on our store has changed to *** *** *** Springfield Missouri XXXXX and we no longer have a fax number there

My resolution is a replacement car of equal value to the one I purchased due to the manufacturer checked off everything in the maintenance book that all parts were checked out and ok and the fuse box came from the manufacturer with a defect along with other problemsIn addition, one of Acura's
certified technicians broke something else on the car while attempting to repair itI feel like the car is not safe or reliable at this point due to manufacturer defects and Acura technicians may not be as certified as Acura claim them to be because parts are brokenHowever, I feel Acura shouldn't be using my warranty for something one of their techs brokeThey should take full responsibility for the parts required and labor
