Review: I took three boxes of high quality merchandise to this auction house to be sold in mid December They finally sold two boxes approximately 3 months later. Their paperwork says payment will be received approx. 30 days after sale. I have been there and talked to one employee (his first name is [redacted] 6 times since the sale of the two boxes of stuff which I was present for and I wrote down the amount of sale of each item.I have asked for payment numerous times and he just keeps telling me they will be in contact with me by phone or they will send a check to my residence for the items.He also says he is pretty sure where my last box of things is at and he will try and get it sold. I sell things at other auction houses and I have never had an issue like this,I don't appreciate the feeling of being pushed to the side and possibly forgotten on payment of my items that they sold for profit.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for the items that were sold and if the other box has yet to be sold I would like it to be returned it has very nice quality items wrapped up and undamaged inside.
