Prior to the car's final sale, I advised [redacted] to take the car to a outside mechanic to have inspected She said she took it to her buddy [redacted] and he said that it was a good car When she bought the car, it was purchased "AS IS" and a MO state inspection Ms [redacted] put on more than miles in the first month Also, she did not pay the full downpayment and has not paid all of the monthly car payments We are working on the car with her mechanic David at this time but we have no obligation to Ms [redacted] to cover any costs for the repairs, take the car back or a trafor a comparable car
