to her tracking number [redacted], were delivered to the address she provided on 10/**/15. Regarding her email on 8/**/15, she asked if she would be receiving her 30 minute video on DVD to which I replied yes. There was no mention of when the DVD would be sent. I do not have record of an email from her on 9/**/15. Furthermore, [redacted] did not pay $799 for our services as is indicated in her complaint. She paid $449.

Review: Our wedding was on June **, 2015. It is now October *, 2015. We have not yet received our raw footage or 30 minute video as purchased. The company keeps saying 2 weeks later for delivery upon each email, but the footage and video do not appear. I informed the company they had 10 days to return the videos or a complaint would be filed. Hence, no videos and here we are,Desired Settlement: Mailed 30 minute video and mailed raw footage
