On March 06, *** *** did purchase a brand new, full size, mattress and box spring from us at Audrey's Place Said mattress and box spring arrived at our store location early Tuesday morning March 7, and was immediately transferred from the manufacturers bedding semi-truck and
placed onto our delivery truck in preparation to be delivered to Ms*** at her residence. From that time period on 03/07/2017, we did not hear anything from Ms*** until 03/11/when she called to give us her account of this situation In our business, four days is an extremely long time for anyone to communicate with us regarding a concern of any kind.We understand Ms*** comments regarding her home, but she needs to realize that bed bugs can and will find a home in floor boards, drywall, vents, ducts, and basically anything that protects them from light of any kind as well as being transported easily from public places such as schools and movie theatres.As a gesture of good will towards Ms***, we will provide her with a Full Size replacement Mattress Ms*** will need to come into our store to pick up the mattress herself Ms*** will be responsible for the disposal of the original mattress.Sincerely,Jonathan S*Director of Operations
