I have responded times sent photos of the keys then spoke to one of your people on the phone how many times do I have to do this he has the keys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He got the keys We put a remote start on the car which came with two extra keys, so he has four keys total. He also accused us of taking some papers out of his trade but showed up a few days later with them ???

* I am sending a letter in reference to your last letter.  I am still holding our for the two keys I paid for on the Ford Taurus July 18, 2006, but never received.  They gave me two keys.  * I paid extra for a remote start to be installed - that is 2 keys.  * I paid extra for 2 keys - that is 6 keys.  * I will repeat - it is not what the salesman thinks I need, it is what I paid for and didn't get.  They gave me 4 keys.  I paid for 6.  * Please do the math - when I do get 2 more keys I paid for.  Sincerely Yours, [redacted]
