I am rejecting this response because: I'm partially rejecting itI'd like to get what I was promised, the $late fee and the $emmisions test fee reimbursed that Moe offered me; then I will accept the repair issue addressed at their shop.

I am rejecting this response, again, because this matter hasn't been addressedI need to understand how someone from your company can tell me that the repairs on my vehicle are covered and that they have looked up my warranty to verify this informationAfter I put the vehicle in your hands, the repairs are no longer covered and I have to pay out of pocketI was lied too and taken advantage of and I would like something done about thisI took great pride in telling people that I purchased my vehicle from Auffenberg Ford North in O'Fallon, IL, as I listened to them complain about such horrible service that they receivedI never had any complaints and was treated correctly, as a customerI don't feel like this is just something can be pushed under the rugIf there was the "Unknown" of if my vehicle wouldn't be covered or even a possibility that the warranty wouldn't cover my vehicle, I would of never brought it to the dealership when I could of had it fixed for less then half of the price of what I was charged taking it to AuffenbergThis is unacceptable customer service and I was highly taken advantage ofI have talked with a few acquaintances in the law field and they feel the same I doA honorable company is supposed to honor their word and stand by what they tell their customersI don't appreciate how this is being handled and I would expect something else be doneOnce again, if this was just a one off situation where there was potential that the repairs might not be covered then okay, but that was not the case hereI was told on a recorded telephone call that my repairs would be covered, that it was verified with my warranty information and also told by the Service manager that this should be taken care of. *** *** agreed with me that this should be taken care ofHe in fact stated that if my car was a FORD he would be able to instantly take care of this and get me my money back but since I have a Dodge that I purchased at FORD NORTH, he doesn't have pull with Dodge. Once again, I want further action taken and I can move forward elsewhere, if need be

I am rejecting this response because:There has been no change in the loan amount or interest rate on my loan as of yet
While I have been assured by Auffenberg that they have worked to resolve this matter, I am unable to accept this response as I have seen no changes to the incorrect loan This matter is still unresolved until those changes take placeIn order to avoid another adverse impact to my credit rating, I was forced to pay the 1st payment on the wrong loan amount yesterday

I am rejecting this response because:we are not disputing the damage on the truck,or the photos or the price, what the problem is we were lied to twice by *** our salesmanWe were wronged & want this to be made right.Auffenberg 's web site shows the honesty policy were is the honesty in this case.This damage on the truck was never disclosed to us,my husband asked *** if the truck was ever in an accident & he said no,& didn't show up on the car fax either.When the car hauler came to pickup the truck & saw damage HE was lied to,*** said we were aware of damage & he sent us pictures never happened.This damage should have been disclosed to us & put on the true car site.
