To get somone approved sometimes we have to talk to multiple lenders. All inquires fall off after 180 days, and they should all fall off. By her getting an auto loan helped her credit score. Multiple inquires do not bring down the credit score. There is no need to remove them because they... would have fallen off 180 days after. We do aplogize if she was not given this information up front.

First of all, I have not had the chance to meet or speak to *** ***, but I would like to apologize for the bad experience that he has had with the vehicle that he has purchased from our dealership. It upset me to find out that my team was not able to assist him in any
way after he purchased his vehicle and had the troubles that he did. We strive to provide top customer service in all departments for all our customersWe especially go out of our way for current and former military and appreciate the sacrifices they have made for us That being said, I have done an internal investigation to reach out to all parties involved to see what communication has been had with *** ***. I started with his salesperson, whose name is actually ***, not ***. *** was new to our dealership at the time of this purchase but was instructed on the level of customer service we try to provideThis goes along with all of the things that *** *** said he did during the entire process, including picking him up and providing alternate transportation while repairs were being made to the vehicleWe do apologize for the time that this took. We were at the mercy of another shop and the fact the parts took a long time to come in *** informed me that *** *** had not reached back out to him with his other concernsAfterwards I continued this process by speaking to my sales manager, service consultant, service manager, and my own personal voicemail to find any form of contact before this letter and was able to find none. Any one of these would have brought up a red flag and had been brought to my attention so that we could try to help in some way, and better answers to his questions would have been given. I would definitely talk to *** *** about the things that have came up if he would like to call or if he could provide the best phone number and time of day to reach him and see if we can help form this point in any wayWe value *** *** as a customer. I do see there are some questions that should be cleared up for you as well and have provided some documentation to helpFIRST ATTACHMENT Page Buyers Guide. Shows that *** *** signed this form stating that he was choosing to purchase this vehicle AS IS and with no warrantyPage WE OWE Form. Shows that we agreed to fix air bag and tire sensors, completed within the allotted time. Nothing else was owedCustomer signedPage State inspection was completed Page and Copy of the repair bill showing that all of the things agreed to were completed including oil change, etc. The parts numbers used are provided Page A copy of the Retail Menu showing that an extended warranty was offered and turned down, with customer signature. The age and mileage kept it out of factory warranty as wellSECOND ATTACHMENT This is a copy of the KIA CPO inspection process for Kia Certified preowned vehicles. The vehicles must be Kia’s, year from the current model year, less than 60,miles, and be able to complete this check sheet to reinstate the Kia factory powertrain warrantyAll other vehicles do not qualify for this program. This would also come with a contract signed by customer and dealer, as well as a CPO Buyers Guide stating that it was covered, also signed by the customer. Dear Revdex.com, I have attached a copy of the cancellation confirmation for Mr*** ***'s Protective contract. The effective date for the cancellation is 01/04/This resulted in a 100% refund to be issued to Mr***This successfully processed on 02/01/after the policy
was first put into force and all documentation was provided including the odometer disclosure statement. Contracts and refunds are enforced, provided, and processed on monthly statements at the same time each month on the 15thFor Mr***, funds were paid to us from Protective on the 7th and made available on the 9thFor this particular case an exception has been made on Mr*** behalf and a check was cut and mailed to him on the 12th of February, breaking business accounting policy of paying all statements on the 15th of each month.The desired settlement has been accepted and a full refund has been issued ahead of standard protocol Thank you for your concern in this matter*** *** General Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
These inquiries were hard inquiries. Each time you tried a lender, 10 times, I got a hit from each one. Those, after a year and 5 months, are still actively hitting my credit. Which is also still keeping my score down.  And as I've recently stated, I only approved my credit to be ran 3 times. It was ran 10.
