Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/09/17) */

The mailer that Ms. [redacted] is referring to was a misprint. When the information was brought to the Manager he had originally thought that the price difference was after a trade-in until looking at the ad more thoroughly. When comparing the ad...

on the particular vehicle that she came in on and other vehicles within the ad it was clear that there was a misprint on the vehicle she was interested in. The MSRP minus the discounts did not total to the amount that was printed and we showed this to the customer. As soon as we were made aware of the misprint we immediately called our Marketing Director and third party company to receive a retraction letter. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused Ms. [redacted].

Thank you,
[redacted]
