Customer failed to mention that the tire manufacturer provided 50% coverage for the tire. this was a goodwill decision. The first tire...
that was replaced we ( Auffenberg VW ) paid for 100%. Sorry the customer is unhappy, we have provided goodwill assistance on both tire issues.
