During the %off sale that we held the weekend of April 2nd, we were not able to ship all the items out as fast as usual Most of the items have shipped out last week and the last or these orders will go out today I am sorry that we were not able to keep our day shipping commitment

Order has been shipped and delivery was confirmed, in addition a 10% discount was refunded to the customer

Augason Farms is a Dry food storage company, we have teamed up with the Jim bakker show (MCI) to produce product for them as well as ship our product to their customers. We receive orders from them on a Daily basis and ship hundreds of orders daily. Augason Farms has no notification of when orders...

are placed with them to when they are sent to us for shipment (Orders placed directly with us are shipped within 3-5 business days). Any order error/shipment error/ refund/ cancel request must be done through the Jim Bakker show- BCG will then receive request and immediately correct. I first had direct contact with customer on Friday October 27th and apologized that her concerns had not been resolved according and advised that we would promptly correct order (which is generally never done directly.) I asked her to send an email of items that she was missing, as well as the photos of product she was unsatisfied with. Together we decided to then send her return labels on our cost as well as schedule a UPS pick up to have product returned. As well as send her new product, Potatoes originally sent were the same item/description/contents but had a different label- advised id still send a replacement to alleviate her concerns. Monday October 30th-I spoke with customer on the phone advising of UPS pick up time, I emailed her labels and appointment confirmation to be picked up on Wednesday November 1st as customer requested. Thursday November 1st -Product was picked up as scheduled. Friday November 3rd-I emailed customer again confirming which items I had issued on a replacement order, and that I will email tracking once available.
