THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL! I heard many stories about customers with bad experiences here but figured with new ownership being advertised on the street they were turning a new leaf Nothing of the sort I bought a piece of marble to have cut to fit a shower threshold I was repairing The "owner" told me personally, "no problem." I brought the piece to him at in the morning, and returned at the end of the day It was sitting where I left it He told me to give him until the next dayI came back the next day and he said the same thing"I'm going to need another day." We agreed that it was a minute project for his marble cutter and I really was trying to finish this project He promised the following day it would be waiting on me at the end of the day I returned the third day to find that he preferred to give me back the piece and send me on my way saying that he just couldn't get to it! I brought it to D'Angelo Distributors on and they cut it ON THE SPOT!!! The whole thing took minutes!!! I received no apologyThe owner was defensive saying he had small projects ahead of mine When I asked why he couldn't be honest with me from the beginning and give me an accurate time frame, he had no answer Mine was a tiny project with horrible results and a lousy customer experience I fear what a larger project might bring I am a business owner in st augustine that refers a lot of business and I will NEVER, under any circumstances, refer these guys
