It has taken me too long to write about my very positive experience with Insight Home Solutions, but better late than never! I wanted to upgrade my audio-visual system, but my house had structural limitations that I knew would require expert assistance to remedy, and so I had three highly regarded outfits come out and present bids to me. What immediately struck me about Insight Home Solutions is that the owner of the company ([redacted]) came out to personally discuss my needs with me. He not only gave me good feedback on my thoughts and wishes, but he also had a few suggestions of his own that I was not even aware of. Long story short, I went with Insight and just a few days later the owner and a crew of two others showed up and spent the entire day conducting my custom installation, leaving me with an incredibly easy to use and powerful system that delivers pictures and sound far surpassing the performance of any previous system that I ever had. Whether it's watching a Sporting Event or a good Movie, or listening to our Music Library, the experience is amazing! Indeed, my wife doesn't even want to go out to the Movies anymore, because the system that Insight installed gives us a Movie-Theater-Quality experience in the privacy of our own home! They also upgraded my Home Security System (installed by another business sometime back) on that same day, making my home more secure as well. Since then, I have had them out twice, to fix problems with my system that were not of their own making (one was over a defective DVR and the other over a power outage that caused my system to go offline). They came out promptly, fixed the problems, and refused payment both times. I would highly recommend Insight Home Solutions to anyone. They are knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, capable, honest and give great customer care afterwards as well. You could do a lot worse than Insight Home Solutions, but, in my opinion, you would be hard-pressed to do better!
