Auglaize Auto Body

In late November 2019 I hit a deer with a 2004 mustang GT and which I got a quote from Auglaize Auto Body to get it fixed.*** of Auglaize Auto Body give me a quote of $12,749 to complete the job and completely redo the car. He told me to bring it up there on December the 2nd of 2019 to get it fixed.When I took the car up there and delivered it on the 2nd of December like he asked.I talked to him about me buying a bunch of parts myself that I could get out of a junkyard.*** said normally they never do nothing like that but he's kind of in a pinch right now for money and he agreed that whatever I could get would be ok.*** told me that he said I got a deal to offer you if you would pay me cash I would do the whole job for $9,700 with the parts that you already bought.I told him I said normally I've never done nothing like that but I said if you guarantee me that the car would be done in six to eight weeks I think we could possibly make a deal.I said in fact I'll tell you one better than that I'll pay you $10,500 if you will go ahead while you're doing the whole car change the shocks all the way around the car and put new coil springs on the front.Also I bought a new cover to put on the back part of the seat of the driver's front seat and I want that put on.He told me that sounds fair enough.I said I want that car to be a show car and he said I understand and that's exactly what you're going to get.I also told him I said the only way that I'm going to give you that cash money is if you guarantee me you will have that car done in six to eight weeks as promised and he said I promise I will do that.I handed him $5,000 at one time and then I had him $5,500 the second time and he marked a bill paid in full. I paid him the money all the same day when I delivered the car.I was told the other day to get the f off the property by his son and said that far as he's concerned he's done with a car and he has a notion to push it outside. Every time I turn around I've just been catching him in lies.
