[redacted] and his August West team did the audio/visual for my first time eventa conference with over in attendanceThe decision to hire August West was easy when compared to other audio/visual companies I had looked into around the area [redacted] met me at the venue and did an evaluation of the space, educated me on what would work best and why, and helped me crunch numbers to stay in my small non profit budget [redacted] was patient with me and the various issues that I kept mentioning to him as the event nearedThe day of, [redacted] and his team were at the venue hours before start timeWe had an incredibly impressive set up with large screens, drapery, rear projection, various microphones, and great sounding speakersEverything was set up in plenty of time and the team helped me piece together some last minute power point issuesAfter the event I received emails complimenting the look and flow of the program, all of which is due to the work of [redacted] and his August West team P.SThey are also a hilarious group to be stuck planning such a big eventgreat company to be around in high stress!
