In response to the complaint made in the above referenced complaint ID:The Salesperson mentioned is no longer the Manager of the Augusta County Federal Credit Union so I can only review the file and the loan mentioned It does appear that an insurance claim was filed on December 5, and that we did receive a portion of the claim on December 18, and that further information was requested by the insurance company to see if there would be further benefits This paperwork was filed and it did take time for further review and we did receive a notice from the insurance company on June 5, that no further benefits would be paid The remaining balance was paid in full by the above mentioned customer on June 30, Each month the Credit Union reports to the Credit Bureau every active member loan No Credit Union employee or anyone associated with the Credit Union marks the accounts negatively The Credit Union’s operating system automatically figures the information that is submitted to the Credit Bureau Unfortunately this loan was reported negative because of no payments being made between December and June The Credit Union understands the customers concerns and the issues she was dealing with after the death of her husband The Credit Union will make the requested changes to the customer’s credit report Being unaware of what transpired between the former manager and the customer I can only state that the Credit Union’s policy is to address each member’s requests and concerns with fairness [redacted] ,Manager
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
