I'm normally not big on leaving reviews, but I am leaving this one specifically because of the excellent experience that I had Through a miserable experience with a home warranty claim, I had to try to work with a different assigned contractor for my HVAC needs and after literally months of hassle, finally decided it wasn't worth the effort I opted to find my own contractor that I trusted (and ultimately pay for the work myself) and that's how I came across Solar Flare
I called and briefly explained the situation over the phone and they made time out their schedule same day to come by and inspect everything we had discussed We were able to work through my issues with unbalanced air flow, a non-functional A/C & an outdated furnace I had a quote within days for all work, including options for more efficient equipment if I chose to make the investment At no point was I ever pressured to purchase anything that was unnecessary
The work was completed on a tight timeline as winter was rapidly approaching The guys even offered to let me borrow some quartz infrared heaters to ensure the house was a reasonable temperature until everything was completed They are able to communicate in a timely manner, they are able to explain everything, they know what they are doing, and they work efficiently I'm glad that I came across Solar Flare because I now know that my system is setup properly and done correctly the first time
I should have listened to the Revdex.com reviews of the original contractor, which all detailed bad experiences I want anyone looking for a contractor to understand that Solar Flare is a company that will take care of whatever is wrong quickly, with affordable pricing, and they won't leave you wondering if you were taken advantage of The guys are knowledgeable, reliable, honest & punctual They took care of me as a customer and I will be trusting any future HVAC needs to Solar Flare Heating & Air
A neighbor referred me to Solar Flare Heating and Air, and I must say this team wowed me. They were professional, timely, fair, courteous, and they did not take advantage of me. The hvac guy came to my home, provided an estimate, and ordered the part (for my 40 year old electric unit). Yes, I could use a new unit, but they fixed my unit for under $250 and now I have better heat than I've had in years. I will use this team again. Thank you Solar Flare!!

I had a big name company come out yesterday, and they told me I needed to REPLACE both my A/C AND furnace units... for thousands of dollars.
Today I had a service professional from Solar Flare HVAC come to take a look at my A/C, and he repaired only what was broken - the fan on my outside A/C unit - for a couple hundred dollars, and within 2 hours it was all done and A/C was working again. What a relief!

The replaced an aging HVAC system in my house. They were very responsive, friendly, professional & cleaned up every bit of mess. This is a smaller HVAC company but would really be worth it to hire them for your next job.

Gaelan at Solar Flare was extremely helpful when our air conditioner was not working properly. He was knowledgeable and patient to explain what was wrong. He had to visit the house on more than one occasion due to the age of our unit. We were trying to extend the life of a very old unit.
