I have a a tremendous amount of difficulty with this business the last few months My two kids, my boyfriend, and I have been extremely sick the last few months I never have had allergies, asthma, chronic bronchitis, bacterial pneumonia, or chronic sinus infections until the water damage begun and what I believe to be a mold issue at AHMC owned Wedgewood Commons in La Crosse WI I had brought the water damage to a maintenance man's attention back when it started off as small brownish rings in my living room and or so in my bedroom I asked him about this when he was fixing my garbage disposal He looked at them and said that they were nothing to be concerned about I started sick around this time with allergy symptoms but nothing that concerned me Over time these rings progressed and so did the darkening of my ceiling My kids and I stayed at my boyfriends house and actually were trying to find a subleaser for our apartment A few months went by and Wedgewood had no luck finding someone to move in so we all decided to just stay at my apartment again when we came back in December I had noticed a major increase in the darkening on the ceiling and the size of the water damage in the living room and in my bedroomMy boyfriend and I began having extreme allergy symptoms ranging from chronic coughing, itching skin and eyes, asthma symptoms, sensation of passing out, my son was vomiting randomly, coughing, runny nose, my daughter had temperatures as high as 104*, rashes, serious congestion, and wheezing We filed complaints and long story short they blew it off and the third time blamed it on us because we ran a humidifier for three days during the dead of winter to help humidify the place in hopes of relieving our coughs and itchy skin Then they blamed it on us cracking the windows and the darkening of the ceiling / mold on burning incense and a 1/of a small candle in our bathroomThey have just been nothing but rude, inconsiderate, and passive towards our feelings, situation, and family All they did to "fix" the issue was paint over it which now the (in my opinion) mold is already coming back I have an appointment at infectious Disease tomorrow to get the mold colony I urinated out two nights ago looked at along with the gelatin like *** coming up out of my lungs tested Since they told me all the "tests" they ran came back negative I am interested to find out what these things are

When my roommate and I first moved into the La Crosse, it was by chance that we came across the apartment complex that we live in. We thought the complex was a great place in a semi decent location. All went well for the first two months. My roommate went on vacation for the first two months and there was not any problems. When I went on vacation at the end of a month for my birthday and then came back, we were surprised to find out that we had a bill and late charges when were sure to pay for everything, that added up to almost $900. It was a good thing we saved all of our receipts. It just seemed like a battle that we had to prove every month. Then without notice, they no longer took payments at the office where we had been paying. We had to send the payments over the corporate office in Eau Claire, which is much further for mail to go. So getting our payments in on time was a touch and go kind of thing. So I took my payments to the office in Eau Claire and then had to come all the way back to La Crosse, where I lived! So waste on gas and time is kind of a ridiculous reason to cut into work hours. Then on top of all of this, I put in my "intent to vacate" at the La Crosse office, and then put it in at the Eau Claire office. They said they could not find it, when I just talked with someone the other day and they said all that they see in my file was... my intent to vacate. AHMC, now Augusta Housing, is a very disorganized company. The people all seem lovely at first, and their demeanor is quite pleasant, but that is no reason to have such disorganized offices. It is kind of ridiculous to have to go all the way to another town almost 90 miles away to pay for rent. The reason why they do not take money at the office anymore was because they did not want to liable for any funds that did not make it from the La Crosse office to the corporate office. This is almost all the problems that I had while having tenancy at Wedgewood Commons. Nice place and nice neighborhood, but just terrible communication issues with management.

I have a a tremendous amount of difficulty with this business the last few months. My two kids, my boyfriend, and I have been extremely sick the last few months. I never have had allergies, asthma, chronic bronchitis, bacterial pneumonia, or chronic sinus infections until the water damage begun and what I believe to be a mold issue at AHMC owned Wedgewood Commons in La Crosse WI. I had brought the water damage to a maintenance man's attention back when it started off as 3 small brownish rings in my living room and 3 or so in my bedroom. I asked him about this when he was fixing my garbage disposal. He looked at them and said that they were nothing to be concerned about. I started sick around this time with allergy symptoms but nothing that concerned me. Over time these rings progressed and so did the darkening of my ceiling. My kids and I stayed at my boyfriends house and actually were trying to find a subleaser for our apartment. A few months went by and Wedgewood had no luck finding someone to move in so we all decided to just stay at my apartment again when we came back in December I had noticed a major increase in the darkening on the ceiling and the size of the water damage in the living room and in my bedroom. My boyfriend and I began having extreme allergy symptoms ranging from chronic coughing, itching skin and eyes, asthma symptoms, sensation of passing out, my son was vomiting randomly, coughing, runny nose, my daughter had temperatures as high as 104*, rashes, serious congestion, and wheezing. We filed complaints and long story short they blew it off and the third time blamed it on us because we ran a humidifier for three days during the dead of winter to help humidify the place in hopes of relieving our coughs and itchy skin. Then they blamed it on us cracking the windows and the darkening of the ceiling / mold on burning incense and a 1/2 of a small candle in our bathroom. They have just been nothing but rude, inconsiderate, and passive towards our feelings, situation, and family. All they did to "fix" the issue was paint over it which now the (in my opinion) mold is already coming back. I have an appointment at infectious Disease tomorrow to get the mold colony I urinated out two nights ago looked at along with the gelatin like [redacted] coming up out of my lungs tested. Since they told me all the "tests" they ran came back negative I am interested to find out what these things are.
