My mother needed short-term care and was a patient here for 9 days until we (her family) requested a rescue squad to take her to the hospital when we found her struggling to breathe and very lethargic. I personally had to walk to the nurse's station several times before anyone would come to check on her. When they finally did come to her room and realized she needed oxygen right away, they couldn't even get the oxygen to work. They were on the second machine by the time the ambulance arrived. There were other things that occurred during her brief stay. The majority of the nursing staff I encountered were rude. In my opinion, based on my experience... NOT a good place to have someone you love.

Review: My brother, [redacted], was a patient at this facility from 12/22/2011 to 12/29/2011. The last day of his visit was evidently not covered by insurance ( a fee of 141.50). Although I never agreed to , or signed anything, I keep getting a bill for this amount. The bill does not say what the fee is for and when I tried to resolve this issue in person with the financial department (with [redacted]) several times, I keep getting this bill several times a year. I was assured that this issue was cleared up (several times).Desired Settlement: As I am not responsible for my brother's financial business, I would like my name and address deleted from his account at this institution and not receive this bill again. I am and have never been responsible for [redacted]' bills. I have never signed anything to that effect, but have only been an emergency contact. I am referring this matter to you because I have tried to resolve this matter directly with this institution several times and was assured that it had been resolved.
