Placed a sublimation order on May 30th 2022...These team uniforms were for my church team. It states on there website 25days turn-around. waited for a proof to be emailed to my company to approve. it says 4-5days...I called several times to ask what was going on and why I had not received a email. They said it was email 1 week later. did not ever receive it. order show it was going to ship on June 27th. So I called and finally gave them my personal email address and it finally was received. then they changed my ship date to July 22nd. Customer was very upset and cancel order. beware of Augusta Sportswear...they are "Liars and very unprofessional" in there company practices.
Created a customized order for two "Girls" volleyball teams. The website has tabs at the top of the page the list Youth, Girls, Ladies, and Adult. These teams are Middle School and Highschool age girls that wear adult size jerseys. I click "Girls" because that what the teams are and in the sizing it just states L, M, S, and XS. So I put the sizes in and when the jerseys arrive they are all youth sizes. No where during the process did it state these were youth jerseys and most companies place a "Y" before the size. Now I have to reorder two teams worth of jerseys and Augusta Sportswear keep blaming the third party vendor I ordered through even though the problem is with their site. Not happy and will probably never order from them again which sucks because the jerseys are great and the teams love them but their customer service is horrible. All about the money and won't own up to their mistakes.
