She had come once at noon and then again at 5:30 pm accompanied by a women who was out of control. With this her "sister" the women, proceeded to yell,curse and scream and my two employees. They called me bc I was out of town I spoke to the "sister" asking her to speak to [redacted] and to please calm down or she would need to leave. I asked [redacted] to return to the salon on the following day (Friday) so I could see what she was so unhappy with, and she refused. Our store policy is two weeks maximum for ALL re-dos. I still offered to "fix" whatever it was she didn't like. Due to their behavior my staff called the police. They were removed from the property and asked to not come back, or they would be arrested. Since then I had to hire a lawyer for defamation, and she was band by the page owners on [redacted] because she was not following the rules of the page. [redacted] also clams to have no job but she is currently "self" employed as a "pet sitter".  We the owners of Glamour Addict feel we offered [redacted] the best options we could have provided. Can you please tell me what she's talking about accepting my $45 coupon? She did not. That is false advertising. The coupon clearly only says highlight special $45. There is no fine print! She also told me to come back in 3 weeks. I wanted to show her my hair and get my money back. I was not able to come back the next day to "fix" it and I didn't want her to touch my hair again anyway. Her employees were very nice and I did not scream at them at all. They calledher because she wasn't there. They said she would call me back.  She called me back and I missed her call and called her back 2 minutes later. She did not answer. So since her message said to call her back at the stores number I assumed she was there at that store so I went back instead of playing phone tag. She was not there.  I had my friend with me who is "like a sister" since we have known eachother for years. She got on the phone and complained too being she is a hairdresser too she couldn't believe how unprofessional she was. She then calls the cops on us which was pretty funny because we were both very nice to her employees and there were NO customers in the place. The cops were pretty much laughing said there was nothing they could do. As for hiring a lawyer that is ** because I did nothing wrong but voice my opinion and try not to get taken advantage of. If you look on [redacted] which is a website for reviews good or bad there are many other ones who have complained. This lady is having a baby she has nothing else to do then think about this? Making a big deal over $140.  I told her to keep her $45 and just give me back the rest and this would all be over with.
