We repaired the roof and made other repairs several months agoAfter the work was complete the house looked great and the customer paid usWe were contacted about a sag in the roofAfter looking at the roof we determined it was not a problem and stated that to the customer

I am rejecting this response
because: he didn't put new roofing paper on and that is the old paper that was already on the roof. he didn't fix the siding or the chimmey I want him to tear the whole roof off an do it rightI wamt him to fix the siding and fix the chimney and he refuses. he is a liar and a thief and we put a stop payment on the check and he went to the bank and my bank paid him. they didn't take the money out of our account and how he got the bank to pay him is a mistake on the banks fAULT so they gave us our money back . I just want him to be noticed as a liar and a cheat.

We repaired the roof and made other repairs several months ago. After the work was complete the house looked great and the customer paid us. We were contacted about a sag in the roof. After looking at the roof we determined it was not a problem and stated that to the customer.

I offered him two options, I told him I could do a caulk job as a temporary repair, or I could do a complete tear out and replacement. He requested the temporary fix. He knew up front that this was a temporary fix, I did what I said I would do...
and it's recorded on the receipt. The interior damage was preexisting. His ceiling repair was improper for it to fall down after one leak. I feel this was neglect on his part. He needs to review his contract, I wrote on the receipt that I would only be caulking the valley area. I didn't offer any warranty on the temporary fix.
