I paid extra money for a warranty last yearI lost shingles this year on my home and garage and they were contacted but have not done the repairs
On 3/17/I paid extra money on my roof repair to get a year warrantyThey did come out last fall of and replaced some shinglesThis spring I lost shingles on my home and garage and initially called them 4/19/and left a messageI never heard back and contacted them 4/27/I sent a text on 5/5/with all the informationResponse was okI texted again 8/3/18-response was they would try to come out 8/5/No showI texted again on 8/that I was still waiting- no responseThen I sent the last text on 8/21/18that if job was not done by 9/4/I would contact the Revdex.comThe text was I will be over there tomorrowI gave them my address againI don't even care what color shingles are usedI just want the job doneI feel like I am begging themI would never have paid the extra money if I knew they don't honor their warra
*** never returns my phone calls when I need warranty work
*** did some work done on my roof on 5-29-He was supposed to repair a leaky sky lightI paid him with a check for $(check # ***)
Since that date I have called him every time it rains, because the sky light still leaks He said his work was guaranteed for five yearsHe has never returned any of my calls
