How is it legal that a company can bury in the fine print of a contract that no money will ever be refunded for products / services not rendered?
K&K Insurrance HAVE to know that some of these insured children won't make the teams they're trying out for or would quitAs such, K&K's services wouldn't be needed and parents would come for a refundTo BURY a sentence in the fine print stating there are never any refunds is blatant sign of K&K's GREED and their IMMORALITYI've never heard of any other insurance company that wouldn't give a refund for services not yet rendered
Rest assured I will be taking this 'no-refund' scam up with the school board and the countyThis is ridiculous! Associating with a company like K&K Insurance can only continue to harm our community financially as well as our reputation

K&K has reviewed the matter regarding this claim and found it to have been handled appropriately by the K&K Insurance/Specialty Benefits Claim staffThe Headstrong Concussion Insurance program, marketed by the *** *** ***, underwritten by *** *** *** ***, and administered by K&K Insurance Group is an excess/secondary accident medical insurance that was purchased by the Arizona Interscholastic Association under policy number ** *** *** with an effective date of 7/1/and an expiration date of 7/1/The document that was sent in with this claim, that seems to be provided by the Arizona Interscholastic Association, references the excess/secondary nature of this coverageK&K Insurance/Specialty Benefits also sends out, to the claimant, an acknowledgement/coverage letter upon receipt of a new claim that also advises of the excess/secondary nature of this coverage
When this claim was received, the other insurance information form was not completed in its entiretyThe claimant only indicated on that form that he paid cash for this claimWe have processed the submitted medical bills by informing he and the medical provider that because our insurance is excess/secondary, we need the primary insurance information and the claim must be submitted to themThe claimant advised us that he does have primary insurance with a high deductible and does not wish to submit the claim to them, however, he has been advised that because the terms and conditions of the policy are excess/secondary, the charges must be submitted to that primary insurance before K&K can process his reimbursement request any further

Our position has not changed; as statedm We have processed the submitted medical bills by informing the claimant and the medical provider that because our insurance is excess/secondary, we need the primary insurance information and the claim must be submitted to them. The claimant advised us that he does have primary insurance with a high deductible and does not wish to submit the claim to them, however, he has been advised that because the terms and conditions of the policy are excess/secondary, the charges must be submitted to that primary insurance before K&K can process his reimbursement request any further.

I submitted all insurance information from my carrier on November 7th. Nothing has been done other than one letter for the receipt of the claim. This company, K and K, acted in bad faith by not paying the claim within 30...

days of receipt which is their practice. Please pay the $200 to avoid further misrepresentation of your practices. No phone calls were returned and after the faxed documents I had to call in all 6 times I spoke to a live individual.
