I am very disappointed to hear Ms [redacted] was not happyWe went into her home on Monday, Feb8, and conducted the sale on Friday, Feband Saturday, Feb13, Ms [redacted] started pulling items from the sale on Monday and continued to do so all weekBetween the time we left the sale Friday afternoon and returned Saturday morning a number of items were missing We have no idea where these items went Saturday morning when we arrived her sisters and niece were at her house removing items from her house and placing them in their cars They did make payment for some items, however, when we asked the niece if we could inventory the items in her car we were told “No, they are items my aunt gave me.” It is always explained to our client’s, at the time we sign up the sales, that sometimes we “bundle” and cannot list every item We try to list all of the big items After a review of the Inventory sold list for her sale we found everything on her list is accounted for with the exception of the Skull We sold it for $and will be happy to reimburse her for this item.It has never been our policy to meet with the client after a sale for a follow - up Please find attachments: Contract, Sale Inventory and Sale Summery Thank you’ [redacted] AUNT ANNIE’S ESTATE SALES [redacted]

To whom it may concern: In regards to Mr***s sale 10/7/16-10/8/there was a misunderstanding*** gave the gold trimmed China to *** with no discussion of receiving a payment upon saleThe ***’s taken on commission have been listed on eBay and recently soldWe will be happy to
reimburse Mr*** for these items, including the chinaThe “black metal dog” is a Hubley door stop listed on page of the spreadsheet as “hubley 100$ .” As for the $item removal fee this is on our contract and was discussed with Mr***A check to reimburse for the items will be sent out Friday, 2/3/Please find attachments: Sale Contract and Sale Inventory Thank you Aunt Annie’s Estate Sales

The only person that signed the contract with Aunt Annie’s Estate Sale was my mother, *** ** ***. Both of her sisters are deceased. How could they pay a deceased sister? To Whom it May Concern: We held a sale for Ms *** in her home the weekend of June & 17, 2016. There was a computer malfunction and will send her $for the difference between the 45% and 35%We are very sorry about that.As for the other items -Dryer is listed on page
of the spreadsheetNight Stand is listed on page 1Vacuum was down stairs and was not marked NFS is on page 2the Kit Kat went in a bundle on Saturday the price was $on the last page I was out of town at the end of June due to a family emergency. So I was not available to receive any notices form the USPS at my house. We also received no phone calls. We would have returned them. I have received a check from the business however it is for $when the discussed amount was $I understand this check is for more than the discussed amount however I do not want any repercussions if I cash this check. I would like company to inform me if they would like to resend the correct amount or to just cash the check for $

11/20/2017 This is ***, ***'s daughter and you called my numberLet me give you her correct number. Hi, this is ***As mentioned in our complaint, they did a terrible jobDid not advertise on their website before the date of the estate sale,; looked to me like they let their family members come in and take stuffThings did not look quite right with that guy named "***" who got a lot and they let him take down something when instructions were nothing to be unscrewed from walls and ceilings The carpet in the basement was ruined with oil and grease from moving a work benchIt's fuzzy whether or not *** actually got some donated items from this estateAfter the estate sale, we had to do the cleaning ourselves even though they were paid $to do so, and it cost us to have the locks changed as they did not return the keysWe are not seeking any monetary damages from them (estate closed anyway) nor do we want them to finish any workWe just want others to be aware of and warned about our bad experienceThanks for explaining that due to our position you will not contact the business about mediating anything and that the complaint will be closed, and most likely will remain on the Revdex.com website for three years

To Whom it May Concern:Ms *** came to our sale we were holding on July 29th and 30th at * ***, O'Fallon, MO. She purchased the dining room set for the price of $900.00. The set was originally priced at $1300.00. The set included the table, chairs and a china cabinet.
The buffet that was in the Dining room was a Kathy Ireland buffet and priced separately from the table and china cabinet because of different manufactures and priced separately for the amount of $ Ms*** and our sales person made a deal to purses the Dining room set for $900.00. Ms *** wanted the buffet thrown in at no cost. Our sales person told her that she could perches the buffet for the amount of $100.00. Ms*** said no that she just wanted it thrown inIt was made clear to her that it would not be just thrown in.At this time Ms *** did not have her money to pay for the dining room set and had to go home to get it. She came back to pay for the set and paid our cashier $and asked for a receipt At this time our cashier wrote her a receipt for the dining room set with no mention of the buffet and it was not included in the sale. Ms *** then made arrangements to pick up the set on Saturday. Her husband then came on Saturday morning and picked up the set

Will be glad to get check for the items in question: Lladros, china set @ 60% to me.However, there is NO executed contract which contains "$600" for item removalI asked for the contract,which aunt annie's said they have showing I initialled this fee. I asked for the Contract they alluded to,knowing IF it existed it would be DOCTORED, without MY initials. In a letter dated 12/31/I specificallyasked for Aunt Annie's to send me the contract in question. Needless, to say I never received it.There WAS a discussion of selling the china set with myself getting 60% of said sale as there was forthe Lladros. Finally, WHY wait to send check on 2/3/17????????? Since Aunt Annie's received payment for the items, send the check TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, really need to know what the items sold for.This is resolved contingent upon receipt of proper amount of check for sale of items-lladros, one china set.That is, 60$ of gross salesWanting at least one-half of $fraudently charged me ($i.e., $300)There was NOcontract citing this fee; if it exists my initials were forged.
