Aunt B's Cleaning Service

I bought a coupon for cleaning services off Social Living website .. My husband bought the same coupon for me for a gift. It was for "3 man hours" of cleaning services. I was told when I made the appt over the phone, that I could use the coupons simultaneously since one was purchased as a gift. Made an appt for noon, 2 weeks from then, as it was my only day off for months. At 12:15 the day of the appt I called to see why no one had shown up. Was told they were hung up at another nearby job, but would be at my house very soon. An hour later, they still hadn't shown up and no one had even called to explain. I called again & asked when they would arrive as I had plans later that day. By 2pm they still weren't there. At 2:09 they rang the doorbell. We were going over things and they asked me if I had any wood floor cleaner because they were out. Then they called their boss @ my coupons, since I had 2. It was 2:20 by the time they (2 girls) started working. At 2:50, one of the girls told the other that she needed to go outside for awhile. I went to see what she had done and he floors aren't even swept ( she was working on the woodwork and floors). She stayed out for at least 10 minutes. At 3:10 the other girl said they were all done - I said it hasn't been 1.5 hrs, and my floors haven't even been swept & you guys hadn't even stepped foot on the other floor of the house (it's a bi-level). She said well we have a few minutes, what do you think we can do? I said you have about a 1/2 hr, you could do a lot! She took her things and left. I called the owner and told her what happened and she said " what can I do about that from here?"

I asked for a refund of the other coupon ($45) but haven't rec'd anything. This service was awful & would never have them back.
