seafood can be tricky, ordering too much means it won't be fresh in a day or so and at the same time not ordering enough leaves customers disappointed.    I'm guessing when you mentioned clams you are talking about steamed clams and not fried clams.   Steamers as they are know as are a highly sort after product.   We order from several fish companies to try to fill our demand.  But weather also plays a big part.  If there are any storms or high tides, clamming beds can be closed.  Going back in my sales slips we had 10 bushels of steamers for Saturday and Sunday, we had ordered 14.We can only hope we get what we order, most of the time we do or get very close to it. I hope you did enjoy your lobsters and your meal.As far as the [redacted]'s Lemonade, we don't make it.  It is [redacted]ivered everyday from the [redacted]'s Lemonade Store in [redacted] that also fills all the trucks in [redacted].   I agree, there are not as many pieces of lemons in it as I remember as a young girl, it seems there was always a piece in your cup.  The sweetness? I don't think there is anything I can do to change that.  I am sorry you were disappointed and my staff would have cheerfully returned your money at the time.   I certainly will be more than happy to return it to you now if you would be so kind to email me directly with your address.Sincerely,[redacted] [redacted]
