in oct I placed an order. by december I still did not receive product. after many attempts to contact them (call always switches to voice mail)finally heard from them that product unavailable. asked for a refund by check. all of january went by after several emails asking where my refund was. then on feb 15 I get an email of a picture of a cashiers check saying checks in mail. it is noe feb. 28 and still no check and cannot get them to respond.
