Stan's Mower doesn't deserve even starWe took our mower in, where they gave us a quote and approximate time frame the service should be complete (basic tune up and blade sharpen)Which was reasonable, until he didn't respond after a week...week and a half...then finally responded after full weeksOur mower had not been looked atThe service rep said he'd have our mower done by the next morningWe went to pick the mower up in the afternoon and the mower was still not servicedHe then tried to charge a dollar service fee for doing absolutely nothingWhich we denied him of that payment (because he did absolutely nothing)He then told us that service to residential equipment is not serviced on the highest priority as his commercial customersA phone call, or him telling us that up front could have avoided this situation all togetherDO NOT go to Stan Mower's repair, the lack of professionalism is offputting and was offensive towards the end of our conversation with their employee
