I responded earlier, you say I have not responded Here is my response to *** on the 14th Yes, I received this. It is bizarre and I really did not even know what to say about this person.For a few hours, a file went live on our website. A few customers,
to be exact, were able to purchase items at cost. I immediately contacted these people and explained the situation. Everyone was wonderful, except this person.She put everything in her cart at no cost She says she has shopped with us before, but we have no record of this. We actually did ship alot of "free" items to her, before we caught her order.We would be out of business if this were the kind of customer that shops with us. I asked her, if you put a piece of jewelry on your table, $60, with no price and someone said, "hey, I will just take this", what would you do? And she said, "Ok, I would definitely give it to them" I really don't know what to say other than this. We have thousands of customers and this situation has taken so much out of me I really do not want her business We have had a great reputation for over years We are small, family business and working days a week Our reputation is very important to us We hope you will regard her message in the light of now knowing the situation.Thank you*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: The statement from *** *** "She never responded to either email and I have no refund request, but was happy to do that." is absolutely and a poor attempt on her part to prevent further action/grade demotion on the part of the Revdex.comAs you can see from the various emails I have attached, we did indeed respond and her responses were extremely unprofessionalThere is one more email correspondence that I was unable to attach due to attachment limitations.I have concerns for any past, present and future buyers who for whatever reason; be it time constraints, poor health or lack of computer skills, who have fallen prey to such egregious business practices

I am responding here because I have no link to get to the website to respond properly.I have searched everywhere for something from this customer and I cannot find it I will check with paypal, if they have not refunded this, I will do so immediately.This was a pre-order, which normally does
only take a couple of weeks We definitely dropped the ball on this one.Thank you***

I am rejecting this response because: I stated that I have NEVER shopped with this shop before and was not aware of how the site workedIf this was an honest mistake, it would have been fixed immediatelyI was not responded to immediately or at all until after I had asked when the items would be shipped (which is when I received the rude response)As a matter of fact, a week after the "mistake" was noticed, there were still items listed for freeYes, I would have given an item away for free had I made a mistake, however a price of "$60" was not mentioned with the questionI paid for the thread, which I have yet to receiveThis was indeed a bait and switch, or poor business ethics as the site would have been fixed from $to the proper amount asap.
