Review: I communicated with [redacted] via email in reference to an appointment I scheduled on ([redacted]) for 11/22/2014 at 2:15. Prior to the appointment, it is stated that in order to receive a $150 installment, extensions should be purchased from her ahead of time or your appointment will be cancelled & you would have to reschedule. I emailed [redacted] regarding my purchase & she stated that I should email her the inches and texture I wanted and she would send me an invoice. I did so, and [redacted] emailed me the invoice via PayPal and I immediately paid the $250 on 11/19/2014. She replied stating that the payment was received and she will see me on Saturday. I live an hour away and have an infant son, so on Saturday I scheduled a babysitter and left early to make it to the salon and soon received a text from [redacted] at 1:09 stating that she had to leave and can I come on a Monday. I called and she did not answer, so I followed up by texting stating that I work during the weekday and that I would just prefer her to refund me the $250 via PayPal and I will do something else. She then replied that she has a "NO REFUND" policy. I told her that the policy should not pertain to me because she cancelled on me due to a personal matter. She then replied that her son comes first, which I understood but still I should be refunded. [redacted] stopped responding to my texts and refuses to compensate me for what I paid and instead wants to mail me the extensions. Keep in mind this happened on a Saturday and the mail does not go out plus it is 3 days on Monday before Thanksgiving and I would rather get something else done with my money because I purchased the extensions from her specifically for her to install them. I have not had anything happen like this to me before and it is very unprofessional and her responses were unprofessional also. I just wanted my refund and all of this could have been avoided, but now I have to go extra lengths to get what is due to me. This is not fair at all! Please beware!Desired Settlement: I would like my full payment of $250 paid back to me via my paypal account the same exact way sent to the business owner.

Review: Bronx hair owner [redacted] had a black Friday sale in November 2014. I order hair from her and never received it. I was very patient with her to figure out what happened with my package, that I strongly believe was never sent out. I never received any tracking number. I asked for a refund. She agrees to refund me since January and never answered any text messages or emails I have sent to her since JanuaryDesired Settlement: I'm asking for a refund that was paid in the amount of $128.00.
