I am rejecting this response because:
This information is inaccurate. First, those calls are recorded so somebody should go back and listen to the rudeness from the man I spoke with. Once I said the issue was handled years ago, he got very rude and hung up on me. I told him this matter was paid years ago and he told me no it was from 6/7/16, then I proceeded to correct him that the visit in June was paid as well, he told me to tell if to the judge. Second, I went to the Vet with a different last name because I am now married. The first visit was 5 years ago. This matter was handled and removed from credit years ago now when I return to the Vet, this is an issue again. If I owed them a balance I could choose any other Vet to go to. With all this being sad, the treatment I received was very unprofessional and not necessary from a collection agency.

our id# is [redacted] This claim was sent to us by [redacted] Emergency Hospital in New Jersey on 2011 under the name of [redacted] This was for a returned check she had given [redacted] She had never paid this. On 6/17/16 she went to [redacted] with her dog with emergency...
treatment but giving the name of [redacted] She paid cash for this visit. After she left the staff realized that this was the same person that gave them the back check previously. [redacted] called us immediately to reopen this claim. She told me this was old and she had paid it. That was not for the original bounced check. She was very rude and would not listen to this. She claimed she paid it all in June. Just the June visit was paid. I stated that if she did not want to pay this it would be refered to our attorney.
