[redacted] reached out to us earlier this year stating that he believed a credit was...
owed to him for an unpaid HOA fee in early 2015. The HOA bill was due 1/31/15, and although we were responsible for paying HOA fees during management of his property…the owner didn’t have funds to pay the bill. Drema (Teresa’s assistant) sent a copy of the bill 12/15/2014 to [redacted] in hopes that he could pay directly for he was ending his management with us.
With that being said, I did just leave [redacted] a voicemail in hopes we can conclude this matter. I will be sure to send update if/when we come to an agreement.
[redacted] just called backed and we have verbally agreed to paying ½ of an HOA bill + any late fees accrued during the years we managed the property. He will be sending me a statement showing any and all late fees. Once we receive we will send check in the amount agreed to [redacted]
I will confirm when all this has been concluded.
