I purchased a subscription for TV Guide June 23, After one year of service, (June 23, 2018), I decided to cancel my subscriptionI notified the company (Consolidated Publishers) that I did not want my credit card charged and would pay for the one year of delivery by a money order which I sent by certified return receipt mailThe delay in processing my request resulted in TV Guide being delivered in my house beginning the second year In order to resolve the issue quickly, I sent a money order for the full two year subscription to Consolidated Publishers with the hope that they would refund the unused portion of the second year of service to meIt is now the beginning of August, and I am still receiving TV Guide

I purchased what I thought was a subscription to T.VGuide I have a charge of $on my credit card every month for the last to months I don't think years of T.VGuide costs over $ I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay these exorbitant prices

I contacted this business for a refund after ordering ** *** magazine from their sales representative who had called me to renew the magazineI told her ob 3/9/that I got a better rate from * * ***I requested and was told on 3/9/that I would get a refund on my credit cardThe Consolidated Publishers Service sent me a confirmation letter dated 2/20/that I had ordered ** *** and Family Circle Magazines for $
I received my credit card bill and was charged for these magazines
I tried to call them today and no one was there

the busniess contacted me about 2weeks ago saying that they received my complain thru you guys. They said it was not their fault. 
My response was please don't contact me but to contact you guys at this point. 
I have never heard from them ever since.
